A delicate white wine with aromas of citrus, melon and white flower. Light bodied with refreshing acidity. The finish is medium in length, slightly zesty with a hint of minerality.

Producer

The Adega Cooperativa de Mesao Frio is the oldest cooperative in the Douro Valley, set up in 1950 to make sure all of the vineyard owners got a fair price for their grapes.  Growers combine tradition with new wine-making technologies.

Organic methods (not certified)

Malvasia Fina, Fernao Pires, Rabigato and Gouveio.

Production

Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 13 to 15 degrees C for about 30 days.
